By a Magistral Decree of August 11, 6008 E :. V :. L :. . At the zenith of Chateaurenard Gérard KLOPPEL declares: We, Gérard KLOPPEL, President of the Supreme Council of Confederate Rites and Great World Hierophant, 99° of the Rite of Memphis & Misraïm, declare:

That the T :. S :. F :. Joseph CASTELLI International Grand Master of the Order of the United Rites of Memphis & Misraïm is appointed, 98th degree. We also take, today, the decision that he replaces me at the Presidency of the Supreme Council of Confederate Rites, Presidency that we inherited during the passage to the Eternal Pyramid, from our T :. S :. F :. Robert AMBELAIN. Therefore, we invite and pray to recognize in his capacity as President of the Supreme Council of Confederate Rites the T :. S :. F :. Joseph CASTELLI, to welcome him and give him assistance if necessary, wishing that he enjoys all the rights and prerogatives which are granted to him today.

From August 11, 2008 E :. V :., The T :. S :. F :. Joseph CASTELLI 98 °, becomes President of the Supreme Council of Confederate Rites and the undisputed heir to the succession of the Great World Mastery of the Ancient and Primitive Rite of Memphis-Misraïm and of the Order of the United Rites of Memphis & Misraïm.

On June 29, 2008 in BORDEAUX, creation of the Martinist Order of the United Rites (OMRU) by the late Sâr Signifer, (Gérard KLOPPEL), a few months before his death on October 5 of the same year.

​

The Martinist Initiatic Order (OMI) then fell into a deep sleep. A total restoration was necessary requiring a complete renewal of the structures, with as World Grand Master of the Martinist Order of the United Rites and Sovereign Grand Commander of the Sovereign Shrine of the Knights of Palestine, Sâr Glorifer (Joseph CASTELLI), President of the Supreme Council of Confederate Rites, since August 11, 2008.

On July 01, 2010, Restoration of the Martinist Initiatic Order by Sâr Glorifer (Joseph CASTELLI) as well as the Initiatic and Administrative Bodies composing the structures of the Interior Order of the Sovereign Shrine of the Knights of Palestine.

Since August 11, 2008, the T: .S: .F :. Joseph CASTELLI holds the Presidency of the Supreme Council of Confederate Rites and since October 05, 2008 with the passage to the Eternal Orient in his 68th year of the Great World Hierophant Gérard KLOPPEL 99°, the Great World Mastery and Great Hierophany of the Ancient and Primitive Rite of Memphis-Misraïm within the Order of the United Rites of Memphis & Misraïm, direct succession of Robert AMBELAIN and Gérard KLOPPEL.

On the death in 1944 of the Great World Hierophant Georges BOGÉ de LAGRÈZE 98th degree. Robert AMBELAIN, succeeded him as 98th degree Grand Hierophant World.

​

Know, for those who did not know, the Great World Hierophant holds the 100th degree of the integral and traditional Mystical Arcana of the Great World Hierophant, (the 100th degree is not pronounced).
